These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Folio mobile application (the "App"), which is provided by Quantus Labs ("we," "our," or "us"). By using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Folio is designed to empower small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) by enabling them to quickly create and manage digital product catalogs, build private or public B2B storefronts, and utilize AI-powered tools to enhance product images and generate marketing content and product information extraction. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
To use Folio, you must represent a legitimate business entity and provide accurate business information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including safeguarding your login credentials. You must be at least 18 years old, and you agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
Folio is intended solely for business use. You agree to abide by all applicable laws and to respect the rights of other users. You must ensure that all product information is accurate and that your use of the App does not involve activities such as reverse engineering the App or its AI systems, attempting unauthorized access, disrupting operations, scraping or bulk downloading data, or misrepresenting your identity or products.
All aspects of the Folio—including its software, technology, AI models, algorithms, branding, trademarks, and overall design—are the exclusive property of Quantus Labs. However, you retain ownership of your product images, business information, branding, customer relationships, and other original content you provide through the App.
Folio's pricing and subscription details are published on our website. Subscriptions are set to automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with our policies, and refunds may be provided on a pro-rated basis if you cancel your subscription. All payments are processed securely through our designated providers. Should there be any changes in pricing, we will provide a 30-day notice, during which you may opt to cancel your subscription. Please note that any price adjustments will not be applied retroactively.
Our services are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. While we strive to deliver accurate AI-generated content and reliable third-party services, we do not guarantee their accuracy or availability, and service uptime is provided on a best-effort basis. Quantus Labs shall not be liable for any business losses, data loss, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees you have paid, subject to force majeure exclusions.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the App settings, and you are responsible for exporting any data before deleting your account. No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of your subscription period. We also reserve the right to terminate your account if you violate these Terms, remain inactive for an extended period, or if we choose to discontinue the service—provided that reasonable notice is given.
In the event of any disputes, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will proceed to mandatory mediation followed by binding arbitration. By agreeing to these Terms, you waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuit. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts in the United Kingdom.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated via in-app notifications, email, or through announcements on our website. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any modifications, you have the right to discontinue using our services.
